So, as I've mentioned before, I'm a foodie.
Like, major foodie.
And one of my favorite restaurants in the entire world is San Chez, which is a tapas bistro. Tapas (Tah-Pahs, not topless, which is what most people think I say when I say tapas out loud *cue eye roll*) is a Spanish thing, and it's basically a meal made up of "small plates". As in, you can get 8 different things, share them with your family, and still have room for dessert. Nom :D
Now, just to give you an idea of how foodie-ish my family and I are, I'll tell you that we drive 2 hours - yes, 2 HOURS - to go to this restaurant and nowhere else.
Get the picture?
That's how amazing San Chez is.
It's not a rushed meal eiher. We spend about two hours just sitting there, laughing, and eating each time we go, and we always love to bring friends and family.
So, yeah. Tapas is officially my favorite way to eat a meal.
As my best friend, Jasmine, once said: "Freedom and deliciousness! Tapas is the best thing that ever happened to this world!"
I agree, dear, wholeheartedly.
And I wish you could've come with us tonight. :)
I am still very full, even though I had two hours to digest the tapas and paella (Pie ay ya) we had.
Okay, enough about food. I'm going to puke if I go on much longer.
Adios for now, and I wish you buen comidas y una vida contenta!
Yeah, you know you're jealous of my Spanish ;)
Oh, and just in case you're suddenly dying to go to San Chez, check it out here.
